Yep, it works

So I got this app thinking it would send the msg for at the time I specified. No, it displays a little reminder about your msg. My bad for not reading the details.

Other than that it does what it says but I dont like the way it opens up into new msg mode. It should open and display the list of msgs even if there are none. So 3 stars for doing what its supposed to do. Not sure if it will be helpful for me yet.
